Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies:
How cancellations and rescheduling work:
- Deposit non-refundable if cancelled in less than 7 days before your booking date.
- You may only cancel free of charge in the event of unsafe weather conditions, extenuating circumstances, or captain-related issues.
- You may only change your booking date once and it must be at least 7 days in advance before booking date.
- You can only reschedule for the same charter type/service.
- The date changes can only reflect real-time availability, rates, and restrictions.
